Description:
It is 1901, when Józef Piłsudski “Ziuk”, after a bravura escape from a psychiatric hospital, once again becomes the head of the Polish independence underground. Fierce on the battlefield, in his private life he succumbs to passions, torn between two women in his life – his wife and his lover. Considered a terrorist by the conservative members of the Polish Socialist Party, Piłsudski and his closest collaborators will not hesitate to do anything to achieve their goal: an independent Poland, including the assassination of tsarist officials and top officers, smuggling of bombs or bold attack on a train. The year 1914 is approaching and “Ziuk” sees new opportunities to achieve the impossible.
