It is located in the very centre of Łódź at 15 Tuwima Street in the direct vicinity of Henryk Sienkiewicz Park. It consists of two buildings – higher (from Tuwima Street) and lower (further in the park) which are combined with each other by means of a glass staircase. Inside there is a swimming-pool, a rare element in other residential/office buildings.
