OFFset is a post-industrial space with a raw aesthetic. It is located at 63 Struga Street in Łódź. The facility offers large, open spaces with a flexible layout, allowing for a variety of set designs and production formats.
Each of the six levels of the former Łódź Commercial Printing House offers approximately 900 m² of space, enabling work with large film crews, equipment and set construction. The interiors feature high ceilings (4 metres) and the absolute highlight of the space is the massive glass block walls. There are over 100 parking spaces, a private courtyard (800 m²) and a loading ramp. The premises are fenced and secured.
OFFset is an ideal location for industrial, club, event and artistic scenes, as well as offering a versatile space for set design.
