This 300 m² property is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood on the edge of the forest, far from neighbours and the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by pine trees, the house sits on a large 3,600 m² plot. There is no fence, only tape to keep animals out, and open space all around the building. The property features a greenhouse, a bonfire area, and a large barbecue area, all of which are surrounded by tall trees.

The house was built in 2020. The main living area, which is open plan with the kitchen, features four 2.6 m high panoramic windows which open the house up to the forest. It also has high ceilings (up to 6.5 m above the kitchen), exposed wooden rafters and a three-sided fireplace with a glass panel.
