Buildings of the Art_Incubator maintained by the Factory of Art in Łódź are a part of the old industrial empire of Scheibler-Grohman. In the complex made of red brick there are characteristic rooms with cast iron pillars and wooden floors, but also modern office space and art workshops. Renovated buildings of old warehouses are combined with a glass catwalk. The Art_Incubator is situated at 3 Tymienieckiego Street, in Piotrkowska Street, in the vicinity of the Łódź Arch-see.
