Description:
My bike is a moral picture showing complicated family relationships. The director tells the story of a grandfather, father, and son struggling with natural problems for their generations. A surprising event connects them and makes them reflect on their own lives. The main roles are played by Artur Żmijewski and the great jazz musician debuting on the screen Michał Urbaniak. Photos in Lodz were taken, among others at the Łódź Philharmonic, on ul. Piotrkowska and on one of the housing estates. The film is co-financed by the Polish Film Institute and the Lodz Film Fund in 2011.
