“Węże” reserve in Sieradz

It was formed in 1971 in order to protect a limestone Jurassic outlier. This geological nature reserve is within borders of the Załęczański Landscape Park. The area of the reserve is 20.74 ha. Numerous karst phenomena are here e.g. vast caves. It is located about 120 km to the south west from Łódź.
