It dates back to 1896, originally was called “Mikołajewski Urban Garden”. From the side of Sienkiewicza Street the park has a character of a French park, and from the side of Kilińskiego Street it resembles an English park – wide alleys lead among trees and bushes. In the park there is a building of the Art Propaganda Centre and Museum of Nature of the University of Łódź. It is surrounded by Kilińskiego, Sienkiewicza and Tuwima Streets. 10 minutes on foot from Piotrkowska Street.
