Radiostacja housing estate is the most diverse housing estate in Łódź. The territory of the housing estate, located in Narutowicza Street, is surrounded by the following streets: Kopcińskiego and Palki, from the south by Małachowskiego Street, whereas from the east by Konstytucyjna Street. To the south from Narutowicza Street buildings have a form of Modernistic villas from the interwar period among which there are several blocks of flats from the 70s of the 20th century and the interwar period. In Kopcińskiego Street there is a housing estate of Neo-Classical officers’ villas from the 20s. Between Narutowicza Street and Pomorska Street so-called academic housing estate is located with buildings of the University of Łódź and Medical University. In the east of this area there are wastelands overgrown with a young forest and meadows, in the south west Matejki park is located. Along Pomorska Street there are several tenement houses and post-industrial buildings from the beginnings of the 20th century.
