The manor house was raised at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries for Benedykt Górski in Chojny village near a track leading to Piotrków Trybunalski. The manor is situated on a hill in a northern part of the current Jan’s Ponds. It was built on a plan of rectangle of larch logs in log frame construction. It is located at 247 Rzgowska Street in Łódź, about 40 minutes by public transport from the centre of Łódź.
