A building of bricks with two columns from the front, erected in the 80s of the 20th century. It is a single-storied manor with a housing attic. Currently, the City Council sits in it and the Registry of Births, Marriages and Deaths is located there. It is situated in Dworska Street in Głowno – 29 km to the north east from Łódź.
