The center was built on an area of more than 71 hectares, adjacent to the slope of Mount Wilamowska. The facility underwent revitalization in 2019-2021. A modern place of rest and recreation was created at Malinka, including a swimming area with piers, sports facilities, walking paths. There are: two beach volleyball, mini soccer and basketball fields, two beach soccer fields, a golf driving range. There is also a large playground for children , pump truck and a water playground.
