A modern, bright, and spacious apartment (84 m²) in the Arboretum housing estate at 4 Łukasińskiego Street, not far from Łódź’s main promenade, Piotrkowska Street.

The site was once occupied by Aleksander Schicht’s factory with a beautiful Art Nouveau brick façade. In respect for tradition and concern for preserving the identity of the location,
two walls of the demolished factory were reconstructed and incorporated into the Arboretum building. The use of clinker brick and steel refers to the character of the former industrial Łódź.
