Revitalized villa of famous Lodz city architect Hilary Majewski. Located at 11 Włókiennicza Street in Lodz, this Neo-Renaissance tenement house was built in 1883-1886. Originally it was the owner’s villa, but over time it was converted into a multi-family building. It has now been revitalized under the watchful eye of the Lodz Historic Preservation Officer. It is located in the heart of the also revitalized Wlokiennicza Street.
